Another major factor draw-card, and one that fascinates public, is the Mart’s distinctive architecture, which is very rare in this part of the
world. Spread across 150,000 square meters the Dragon Mart is the first component of Nakheel’s International City project.

throughout 2005.
Best time to Visit:-
The popularity of Dragon Mart can only increase over the coming months as more people learn about the superior quality products and services that
the Chinese manufactures have to offer. Dubai’s importance as a commercial and tourist destination assures its growing market for various
innovative concepts like the ones Nakheel has been developing. On completion, the International City, will attract visitors from all over the
globe as it will offer world-class amenities catering to a multi-cultural audience.
Dragon Structure:-
The 1.2 km long dragon shaped structure is a permanent exhibition space comprising showrooms and business facilities including: post offices,
meeting and negotiation rooms, full commercial and general services and will assemble the most exhaustive collection of Chinese products under
one roof.
The development, which is being jointly promoted by Nakheel and Chinamex Middle East Investment and Trade Promotion Centre, is spread over an
area of 150,000 square meters in addition to 30,000 square meters of warehouses. It will host Chinese businesses or businesses associated with

exclusively by Chinamex will form the centrepiece of the fountain facing the main entrance of the Mart. The interior of the Dragon Mart body will
host vast exhibition spaces divided into six zones, each of which is further divided into four exhibition areas. Between every two consecutive

infrastructure solutions for business activity and excellence,' said bin Sulayem. 'The Dragon Mart on completion will be the centre of business
activity in the Middle East for Chinese businesses. The project is also a realization of the longstanding relationship between the Chinese
